(Jan. 27, 2009) — Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate LLC today announced the affiliation of its first New Jersey-based residential real estate brokerage, Mary Holder Agency, Inc., in Spring Lake, N.J. The 17-year-old firm has signed a long-term agreement with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and will operate under the name Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Mary Holder. The company is a driving force in the first-time home buyer and vacation home markets, serving Monmouth and Ocean County communities in the Jersey Shore area.
